

Adult Lifetime FitnessThe SST Adult Lifetime Fitness program is geared towards everyday working adults. These sessions are specifically designed to increase strength, provide improved range of motion, decrease body fat, and reduce the potential for injury. The program focuses on exercises that combine functional movements commonly used at home and in the workplace.
This program will introduce you to new exercises that are much safer and more effective than those commonly found and taught at your local gym. Our carefully structured program will also increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity and improve cardiac fitness. As a result, these exercises will improve your physical endurance and your overall sense of well-being.
Adult Lifetime Fitness Sessions are held in the morning. Sessions are approximately one hour in length, and will incorporate dynamic movement as well as core strength and stabilization exercises.

Adult Lifetime Fitness ProgramDan Bunz & Steve Kenyon, who together have over 50 years experience in sports performance training, have designed the Adult Lifetime Fitness program specifically for individuals who are currently active or who intend on becoming active in sports or other physical activities again.
